This workshop will teach a traditional Shona counting game that is played by young girls in Zimbabwe, although boys may play it as well. The game is played on the ground by drawing circles and using stones for tossing. This game is good for dexterity and eye-hand coordination as well as improving the ability to count in multiples. Students will also learn one or two songs that are game related.
